- Verified school email address. This email address is crucial for confirming your student status and accessing the benefits provided in the pack.

How to apply for the Student Developer Pack?
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to apply for the Student Developer Pack.
- Visit the GitHub Student Developer Pack “website“ and click the “Sign up for the Student Developer Pack” button.
- As a student on the following screen click the “Get school benefits” button.
- When you click the Get School Benefits button it will redirect you to the GitHub Education login screen, Enter your Login details and click on the “Sign in” button.
- Scroll down select your “Edu Email” enter your “School name” and click the “Continue” button.
Note: GitHub requires two-factor authentication enabled on your accounts. Please read the GitHub Doc on how to enable 2FA.
GitHub asks you for more information like your school’s website, edu email address, Where your school is located, and more check the screenshot below.
- Enter all information and click the “Continue” button.
When you click the Continue button, it will redirect to the Thank you page.
