Our Policy for Returns and Refunds

If you want a refund after purchasing cards from us, you can claim it under only the conditions below. Anything other than these situations will not be considered to be a suitable condition to give a refund.

To be eligible for a return, below your item must follow in steps.

  • If the payment is in authorized status and not received. In that case, if we haven’t sent the card yet, you’ll get a refund if you claim.
  • If the refund is claimed within 24 hours of getting the account and services.
  • You can’t claim a refund if the product/service is validly delivered.
  • Any problem with the account within 24 hours of account delivery will be accepted as a refund and replacement.
  • For preloaded card services, the refund policy won’t be valid. But in some cases, we offer 50% refund.
  • Only the price will be refunded if the claim is valid. No processing fee will be refunded.
  • You’ll get the refund after checking the details. So, have patience.
    We consider refunds based on order type.
  • If you send someone from the wallet, even if it is a mistake, it can’t be reversed.
  • If you withdraw funds from your wallet, it can’t be reversed.
  • A refund will be sent to your account fund. We don’t use any payment method to refund any amount.
  • Processing fees or transaction fees related to the wallet won’t be replaced.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your wallet or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3 business days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bingsell.com.
